Thank you for giving us a shot. Things to know:

• If you have questions about your appointment, shoot us a text at (216) 262-8468. Our team is very responsive and happy to answer questions.

• New students must arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you set up. Late arrivals will have to be re-scheduled.

• Yes, we DO have clean loaner uniforms available for your first week of classes. Students must purchase their own uniforms after their one week trial.

• Please bring sandals for walking outside of the mat area. We keep our mats and gym very clean.
